Council of higher secondary education odisha,Bhubaneswar has conducting Sports & Games in every year for the students of Higher secondary schools under the age of 19(U-19). Competetions are conducted at zonal level then at state level. After selection trial the students-players are send to national level to participate in SGFI(School games federation of India). From the begining the students-players of the council had won so many medals and positions (Both Boys & Girls )for the council and for the state of odisha. The games like Archery,Athletic,Badminton,Basketball,Boxing,Chess,Football,HandBall,Hockey,Judo,Kabaddi,Kho-Kho,Rugby,Sepak Takraw,Swimming,Table-Tennis,Taeknowndo,Volly-ball,Wrestling,Weight-Lifting,mYogasana,Cricket,TennisBall Cricket,Kick-Boxing,Throw-Ball,Cutural Meet etc..Annual Cultural and Literary meet has conducted by the council Every Year..There is another competation Chairman’s cup debate competation has conducted by the council in three languages Odia,Hindi,English every year..
