Right to Information Act was implemented by Govt. of India and in State with effect from 12th October 2005. CHSE, Odisha has been implementing the same since Novemeber 2005. On receiving the application from the applicants, the RTI section of CHSE, Odisha takes immediate steps to provide the required documents/informations within the period stipulated under the act.
